Morrison, Colorado Real Estate and Relocation Information
Bear
Creek flows through the charming town which got its start in 1872
when the Denver and South Park Railway opened service. Originally
planned as a route from the Platte River to Southpark, a more favorable
passageway left the town as the last stop for the train. Since that
early beginning several floods threatened the town, but it has survived
as a charming mountain town close enough to Denver to commute. Morrison’s
population is under 500, and homes are scarce and prices high.
Morrison Real Estate Prices
Morrison real estate is hard to come by. Homes rarely come
on the market, but when they do they range from $225,000 to
over $500,000.
