While you’re getting your home financing in order you can be looking online at homes you may want to view. You can search for homes either by property or by using a map. Just click on the tab above to search for your next home. When you find a home (or homes) you like, note the MLS number(s) and send them to me. I’ll check them out on the Denver MLS and send you a full report on each property you’re interested in.
After you have your preapproval letter I’ll set up a tour (I’ll need a day’s notice) and we’ll start looking!
